A closer look
Turn meeting notes into action items
Pure Brief AI extracts proposed action items from a recorded meeting and keeps their source quotes beside them. You can review what was actually said before turning a conversation into a commitment.
Start with the evidence
Open the Tasks tab after the meeting is processed. Each generated task includes a quote from the transcript. The app checks that quoted text occurs in the transcript; this helps inspection but does not guarantee that every interpretation is correct.
Review owners and dates
Check the proposed owner and deadline in the surrounding conversation. An idea, a possibility and an agreed commitment are different things. Confirm ambiguous details with the participants before treating a task as assigned.
Send selected tasks to Reminders
Choose the tasks you want to keep, then export them to Apple Reminders. You can choose a list and a date in the export flow. This is a one-way export, not two-way project management or automatic assignment to a colleague.
Use the transcript for context
Return to the transcript or ask a question about the selected meeting to understand a decision. Answers cite supporting passages, which can take you back to the relevant part of the recording.
Retain your meeting history
Your existing meetings remain available to read, play, export and delete when a trial or licence is no longer active. New recording and processing require an active trial or licence.
Questions, answered
What happens when the trial ends?
Recording and processing new meetings pause until you activate Standard. Every meeting already on your Mac remains available to open, play, export and delete.
How much does Pure Brief AI cost?
The trial lasts 30 days. Standard costs $49 once for one Mac, with a $10 launch price for the first 100 paid purchases across all channels while the offer is active. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. A trial does not reserve the discount. Pro is coming soon.
