Who we are

Pure Brief AI is made and sold by Yevhenii Svistunov, trading as Pure Brief AI, Gagarina str. 77, Dnipro, 49000, Ukraine. You can reach us at [email protected].

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax, which Paddle adds at checkout where they apply. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.

Plans and licences

The free trial lasts 30 days from the first time the app is activated on a Mac. It needs no payment details. One trial is available per Mac and per email address.

Standard is a one-time purchase of a licence to use Pure Brief AI on one Mac, with no end date.

A licence is for you or your organisation. It is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and its key must not be used on more Macs than the licence covers.

When a trial ends, or a licence ends or is revoked, recording and processing new meetings stop. Meetings already on your Mac remain available to open, export and delete.

Your meetings

Pure Brief AI records and processes meetings on your Mac. We do not receive your recordings, transcripts or notes.

You are responsible for having the right to record a meeting, including telling participants and obtaining their consent where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

You must not use Pure Brief AI unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights or privacy; use it for fraud or spam; copy, resell or redistribute it; infringe our intellectual property; or circumvent, disable or interfere with its licensing, its security or the licence server, including by reverse engineering it except where the law allows.

Intellectual property

We own Pure Brief AI, this website and their content. A licence gives you the right to use the app as described here, and nothing more. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms, which are listed in the app.

No guarantee

Pure Brief AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors. Transcripts, summaries and tasks are produced automatically and can contain mistakes: check anything important against the recording.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence if you breach these terms, if a payment is not made, is reversed or is charged back, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. You may stop using Pure Brief AI at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not affect purchases made before them.
