You can try Pure Brief AI free for 30 days before you buy, so you know what you are paying for.
14 days, for any reason
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, handles refunds. Find your order at paddle.net with the email you used to buy, and request the refund there.
Or write to us at [email protected] with that email address, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
What happens next
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Once it is made, the licence is revoked: the app stops recording and processing new meetings, and the meetings already on your Mac stay available to open, export and delete.
